Dr. Mario DiPonio

Dr. Mario DiPonio graduated from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Dentistry in 1981. He is very active in continuing education and has completed many courses in esthetic and cosmetic dentistry including implants and veneers. Mario is an avid golfer and enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife and two sons. Mario’s oldest son is a chiropractor and the youngest is studying dentistry at the University of British Columbia

Dr. Paul Serra

Dr. Paul Serra studied at the University of Western Ontario and graduated from the faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto in 1999. Paul has been with Eastside Dental since his graduation from dental school. Dr. Serra is active in continuing education and has taken many seminars on implant dentistry. He enjoys playing soccer and golf and spends lots of time with his wife and daughter.

Dr. Maha Mirza

Dr. Maha Mirza graduated from dental school in Iraq in 1992 and received her Canadian National Dental Board Certificate in 1999. Dr. Mirza is active in continuing education and enjoys cosmetic dentistry and treating pediatric patients. Maha has spoken at information sessions dealing with various topics in dentistry – the most recent being the Distress Centre of Windsor’s fundraiser. Dr. Mirza ‘s husband is also a dentist and they have two daughters. Maha enjoys travelling with her family.

Dr. Aron Blumenthal

Dr. Aron Blumenthal is a graduate of the University of Michigan Dental School. Dr. Blumenthal is a fellow of the Academy of General dentistry and is a member of the Alpha Omega dental fraternity. Dr. Blumenthal has a special interest in Oral Surgery and has taken many courses in this discipline of dentistry. Aron enjoys fine dining and fine wines. He enjoys skiing and travelling with his wife .

Dr. Katy Chahine

Dr. Katy Chahine is a board certified periodontist in Canada and the United States. She graduated from Dental School at the University of Western Ontario and then pursued her graduate studies in periodontics at the University of Detroit. Dr. Chahine is able to perform all periodontal surgeries in the office including grafting and the surgical phase of implant treatment (therefore no “out of office” referrals are necessary). Katy works once or twice a month at Eastside Dental. Dr. Chahine enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
